With over 15 years in the fitness and wellness, I'm passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. My background includes teaching in top health clubs, running university-level fitness and nutrition courses, delivering massage therapy, and leading group classes like Body Pump, Body Balance, Spinning, and Yoga.
Today, I specialise in Postural Alignment and Personal Training, blending movement therapy with strength work for a holistic, down-to-earth approach.
I’ve studied Yoga in India, completed a 10-day silent meditation retreat, and ran several races including the Dublin Marathon in 3:53—a moment I’m proud of.
